May 31st, 2016 (Leveraging Literacy)

“Leveraging Literacy”  is targeted at grade K-9 classroom teachers and learning coaches. Sue Jackson will lead a full day session based on the components of comprehensive literacy environment. Sue will also facilitate  discussion, collaboration, and planning around practical implementation of Scholastic’s Literacy Place resources. Although this session is aimed towards K-9 classroom teachers, it would also be beneficial for administrators and district office personnel to attend as it will allow them to deepen their understanding of the role Scholastic’s Literacy Place resources play within a  comprehensive literacy environment.
